  • The sale of the artworks is not conducted automatically online, but rather in a personalized and private manner, through direct contact between the interested party and the artist or their representative.

2. Acquisition of Works

  • The artworks are sold exclusively by commission or through private arrangements.

  • To initiate a purchase process, the interested party must use the “Check Availability” / “Request Information” buttons, which redirect to the official communication channels.

  • The availability, price, delivery times, and specific conditions of each artwork will be confirmed directly and personally with the interested party.

  • An artwork is only considered purchased once a formal written agreement exists and payment has been confirmed under the agreed terms.

  • All artworks include a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist, which guarantees their originality and uniqueness.

3. Payments

  • Payments are made using the methods previously agreed upon and confirmed privately.

  • Payments are not accepted through this website.

  • Any transaction is valid only when confirmed by the artist or their authorized representative.

4. Deliveries and Shipments

  • Shipping times and costs are determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • The artist is not responsible for delays or issues attributable to the shipping company.

  • For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs requirements in their country.

5. Cancellations and Returns

  • Due to the unique and personalized nature of the artworks, returns or refunds are not accepted once the purchase has been confirmed.

  • If the artwork shows damage attributable to shipping, the case will be reviewed individually to determine a solution.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks, images, texts, and materials on this site are the property of Arturo Lemus Beltrán.

  • The reproduction, distribution, or use of any material without the artist’s express written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The site is provided for informational purposes.

  • The artist does not guarantee the permanent availability of the exhibited artworks or the continuity of the website.

8. Modifications

  • The artist reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Modifications take effect from the moment they are published on this page.
