A snake rests upon it, amidst nature, representing the eternal return, but with a twist: this time, the cycle does not close upon itself, but opens, giving rise to a new and unknown universe. 

The snake, which traditionally bites its own tail, now stretches forward, breaking the cycle and initiating something new and unprecedented.
